Taught by Nancy Evans Doede, a Certified Zena Rommett Floor-Barre™ instructor, and Artistic Director of Nancy Evans Dance Theatre.  This is an open level, ongoing class that helps with body alignment, lengthening and strengthening muscles, and improving placement, all while having the support of the floor.  Zena Rommett’s technique is highly acclaimed by professional dancers, students of dance, athletes, and anyone who wants to move more freely and with better balance. It is especially helpful to anyone coming back from an injury.  It is a one-hour class, and requires only that you wear socks.
